T.F. Hudgins Inc. has completed a majority recapitalization with CapStreet, a Houston-based private equity firm that focuses on growing Sunbelt companies.

Founded in 1947, T.F. Hudgins provides an array of compressor products and services.  It supplies valves, valve restraints, capacity control, rod rings, wiper packing, piston and rider rings, rods, cases, pistons, engineered coatings, cylinder liners, hydraulic tensioning and more. Services include compressor cylinder end and power end repair, valve repair; overhauls, re-rates, and upgrades; contract maintenance; diagnostics and training; and lubrication system service.

The company has 100 employees throughout the U.S. with base operations in Houston and New Orleans and sales and distribution subsidiaries in Venezuela and Australia.
