Core Services Group Ltd. (CSG), through its new Valmec Pty Ltd. oil and gas services subsidiary, will be the exclusive sales representative for Valerus in Australia.

“By combining Valerus’ global expertise in integrated oil and gas surface handling and processing solutions with the Valmec local presence and their 35-year construction services track record, we have created a win-win team to serve Australia,” said Shelton McMath, vice president of eastern hemisphere operations for Valerus.

CSG named Shane Gonsalves to be Valmec operations manager. He has 20 years of oil and gas engineering, procurement and construction management experience. Gonsalves recently was Technip Oceania’s manager for the BHP Biliton’s Macedon gas project.
